Well, well, who do we have here? Just rolling on by, stranger? Corporal Vadim Proulx at your service. Part of Alliance Navy and serving as an infiltrator and corpsman… But you’re not here for boring formalities, right? Just Vadim then and, as always, pleasure.
I.. suppose I am a stranger. Spartan B312, U.N.S.C. Special Warfare Group Three, last of Noble Team. I’ve only… just arrived here. Things are… different from where I am from, but it is a pleasure as well Corporal.

Post reblogged from Lt. Cdr. Ashley Williams with 2 notes
When the Normandy touched down on Thessia, Shepard already had a plan in place. Immediately, the Commander executed it in a flurry of words and orders. It was simple and straightforward enough; there were to be a couple squadmates to scout and form a perimeter while Shepard and shore party pushed ahead to the monastery.
Noble Six ignored the obvious ire within Ashley’s voice and shifted her attention towards the problem at hand. They were a considerable distance away from Shepard, and they were on a strict time table. Six could sprint it on foot, but she was unsure on the Lieutenant Commander. This was the first time she had been paired up with Ashley, but she was certain it wouldn’t be the last. The view her cracked visor provided wasn’t exactly the best when considering she was still making field repairs, but she could see well enough to be effective during the day time. At night she would have to take it off in order to use her ocular augmentations properly. Still, she had an advantage that most humans and even some machines lacked. That being she had already fought in a war just like this, and that she was trained not to be among the best but rather to be the best. She shifted her footing and glanced at Ashley shortly before returning her gaze to her direct front.
“With all due respect ‘Mam, I am combat ready. My shields are functioning and I can take a beating.” There was a distinct pause shortly before Six shifted her grip on the shotgun shortly before finishing her statement. “I am not fragile.”
The backdrop of Thessia was depressing at best since it provided the constant droning of immense vessels that walked across the surface like a pox upon a child. Their black forms setting blazes throughout the cities while their agents slaughtered and captured the populace. Anyone from this day and age would be struck with awe at the very sight of one of the galaxies races to be brought to it’s knees almost overnight. It was the end of the world. At least that was what everyone seemed to call it. Noble Six called it life. This was what she was born to do. What she was trained for since she had already seen the end of the world, and she had ensured that humanity’s fate was to be continued. War wasn’t Six’s specialty. Sacrifice was.
Cold steel hues glared through the visor while sweat beaded upon the hidden face that resided beneath the black helm. Her ruined armor cut an image that few could match. It’s bulky form seemed to appear far more demonic while she took her steps forward away from the Lieutenant Commander, stalking down the rubble and assorted corpses without pause. Disgust would infect any sane soldier’s mind, but nothing of the sort was to be found within Noble Six. Her eyes were fixated upon a goal that no one else but her could see. She didn’t care about how the war was going and only that she was alive, but even the feeling of being alive was losing it’s luster while Noble Six continued through the ruins. She was a ghost. An Orphan looking for a reason to die. She didn’t fight for anything other than the fact that it was the only thing she knew. Anyone could notice her suicidal tendencies when in battle. How reckless she was. It was something that often went unsaid simply because the Spartan only spoke to two people. Ashley Williams and Commander Shepard.
“This is just like Reach Lieutenant Commander.”

“Well then LT, what can I do for you?” he asked “Granted I’m just a Grunt but I can do what I can to help.” The armor was a sight to behold, and since they were a black ops group that made it a bit more impressive for him to meet such a figure.
“Nothing at the moment, I’m only surveying the layout at this moment Corporal.” She responded, offering him a subtle nod. “I do look forward to working with you Corporal, but in the meantime I believe I must take my leave… My schedule is slightly adjusted to differing hours.”
“Alright well. Do you have a name I can refer to you as? Or should I just call you Noble Six?” he asked, the whole non-name thing was a bit strange, but then again the Black Ops type was a bit strange after all take a look at this woman.
“Call me Six…”

“MJOLNIR Mark V(B) Powered armor, but this is not of alliance design, nor am I alliance…” She states calmly while she addresses the soldier. “I am Spartan B312 of Noble Team, U.N.S.C. Special Warfare Group Three, and you are?”
“Corporal Alex Winter, from the 312nd Marine Battalion, Systems Alliance Navy. I gotta say I’ve never heard of the U.N.S.C. You a Black Ops group?”
“Not many have here it seems Corporal. United Nations Space Corps, I hold rank of Lieutenant, but I am apart of their Black Operations long with recon and various other tasks.” The Spartan stated with cool voice.

And what serves as a name? -moves his hands behind his back, his scarred face impassive-
A name…? My team mates called me Six, so… I suppose six would serve as a name sir. - She states impassively, almost mirroring his own expression -
Six it is, then. -nods once- Who is it you work for?
The U.N.S.C. Sir. United Nations Space Corps. What of you sir?
